Charity OS
The compliance and funding platform for charities

Know where you stand, and what to do next

One platform that guides your charity step by step: proposals in two formats for Gulf and UN donors, documented sanctions screening, and bank readiness that rises with every step you complete.

You stay in control. The platform structures the work, flags missing information, and avoids inventing facts.

The problem

The gap between field work and institutional requirements

01

Banking pressure is increasing

Charities often face enhanced scrutiny under risk-based banking rules. Without clear records, a small organization can look harder to understand than it really is.

02

Compliance evidence is scattered

Policies, partner checks, project files and screening notes are often kept in different places, making it difficult to answer a bank, donor or auditor quickly.

03

Donor formats are hard to reach

Strong local teams may know the need very well but struggle to express it through concept notes, logical frameworks, budgets and donor-style proposal sections.

The solution

One calm workspace for proposals, compliance and operations

Charity OS connects the daily work of a charity with the documents institutions expect: projects, contacts, proposals, the funding portal, policies, screening records and the organization passport, all written in clear language.

  • 1Build due-diligence evidence before a bank asks for it
  • 2Prepare two proposals in two formats — Gulf Arabic and UN English — from a single input
  • 3Screen contacts and partners against sanctions data with review notes
Funding portal

One project. Two proposals. And a donor list that fits you.

Enter your project once and get two review-ready proposals, plus a donor list ranked by fit for your charity, with a clear reason behind every match.

  • Gulf format in Arabic

An Arabic proposal in the style Gulf donors expect, with cost per beneficiary and a non-binding sharia classification suggestion.

  • CBPF format in English

An English proposal built on the OCHA Country-Based Pooled Funds (CBPF) structure UN donors know.

  • Giving-season timing

Alerts for approaching seasons such as Ramadan, with clearly labeled approximate dates, so your file is ready on time.

How it works

From field idea to funder-ready draft

01

Answer one simple question at a time

Describe the need, people served, activities and costs in your own words. No donor jargon is required.

02

Charity OS structures the draft

Your answers are organized into two proposals in formats funders recognize, with missing numbers or evidence clearly marked for later review.

03

Your team reviews before sending

The charity remains the author and decision-maker. You edit, approve and submit the final file yourself.

FAQ

Common questions

Where is our data stored?

In the European Union, in Supabase's Frankfurt region, encrypted at rest and in transit.

Read our security overview
Who can see our data?

Only your organization. Row-level security isolates each organization's records at the database level, no other organization can access them, and we never sell your data.

If a screening comes back clean, does the bank have to accept our transfer?

No. Screening is an assistive due-diligence tool that documents the checks you performed. The final decision always rests with banks and regulators.

Which languages are supported?

Arabic, English and French, for both the interface and the generated proposals.

How much does it cost?

You can start with a free trial today. Early partners can join the founding partner plan described in the pricing section; final prices are set together with our first partner charities.

Does the AI invent numbers or facts in proposals?

No. It only structures the information you provide and flags the gaps that still need your input. Nothing is fabricated.

Do we need compliance expertise to use it?

No. You answer plain-language questions about your project, and the engine maps them to the applicable standards.
